The Board will hear Stormwater Utility Implementation overview, a rate structure recommendation, a credit program recommendation, a community engagement update, and a timeline for implementation.

It is important to note that other cities (e.g. Snoqaulmie, Washington) have permanently committed part of these revenues to fund green infrastructure investments such as trees to mitigate flooding.
