Request the County to boost Outreach activities supporting the urban forest and natural resources.

Expand content and formats of materials for citizens regarding the value of their trees, planting trees, maintaining trees, and how to access County support on tree concerns.

Ensure that all County staff have been educated on the impact of their functions on the tree canopy and how to mitigate unnecessary damage.

Request Arlington County Public Schools to expand curriculum at all levels on the function and value of Arlington’s trees. Demand that facilities development include priorities for trees and natural resources early in the design process.
