Volunteer to support Tree Equity in Halls Hill/High View Park

Halls Hill High View Park Tree Canopy Outreach Volunteer Opportunities

As you know the goal of the Tree Canopy Fund is to increase Arlington County’s tree canopy and promote equitable tree planting in all parts of Arlington. Through this program, owners of private property, including single-family homes, townhouses, condos, and places of worship, can apply to get a native tree planted on their property.

DeShay Williams will submit a group application to the Arlington County Tree Canopy Fund for private property tree planting on behalf of residents and establishments within the Halls Hill High View Park (HHHVP) neighborhood.  She is hosting various events to promote, educate, build community and secure planting sites within HHHVP.  She is again looking for volunteers to help with this effort coming up soon.  Please review the info and volunteer opportunities below and sign up now showing ATAG support for this important work for Arlington’s tree canopy.

If you would like more information, contact DeShay at 202-821-9874, or deshay@definitionsdc.com
