Track Missing Middle (EHO) Development and Impact on Trees

Arlington County has established a site with information on the number and nature of the EHO applications. (https://www.arlingtonva.us/Government/Programs/Building/Permits/EHO/Tracker.) ATAG has pointed out many concerns regarding the impact of these developments on tree canopy and impervious surfaces. See our presentation to the County Board here. Tree advocates need to continue to track the real impacts as this experiment moves forward.
